We experienced a performance degradation today (Feb 20 2022) from approximately 06:20 UTC till 08:20 UTC. This would have caused authentication errors(HTTP 407 status code) during this time. This was caused because we were hitting limits at provider end. The limits have been removed and the requests are resolving fine now.
