Update

Our engineers developed a number of solutions and tested them throughout the weekend. We commenced deployment of a change in Zyte Smart Proxy Manager (SPM) at approximately 10:00 UTC on Feb 27th 2022. We will be closely monitoring the deployment and ramping up the traffic gradually throughout the day. An update will follow once we complete all deployment and validation activities in the production environment.

Update

We are deploying an emergency software fix for Zyte Smart Proxy Manager around 10:00 UTC on Feb 27th 2023. This will be followed by service restarts that could lead to errors for a few seconds (503 - No Available Proxies) and loss of active sessions.
